We had our grand opening 8th July 2023. We served 50 guest that evening but had a few difficulties as everything was new to us: foremost we never served that many guest the same time, we did not have much experience in our service, I (Bernard) sometimes could not find the correct wine bottle in the wine fridge, and our kitchen struggled to get the food out in time despite of reinforcements in the service and kitchen. Nevertheless, all guest were great and showed a lot of patience with us. Here would like to express our sincere thanks for their visit and understanding. And rest assured, we are getting better and more professional every day!
