About This and This
Bernard and Thinna opened this restaurant to provide a unique dining experience in Hua Hin. After having lived here for a few years we believe there is room for our style of restaurant, our wish is to give you an experience which you will remember and come back for more. We will always aim at serving you excellent food in every dish from our European, Swiss, and authentic Thai cuisine. Pair it with a glass of wine from our carefully selected list of more than 40 excellent but affordable wines or enjoy our German and local beers.
Start the evening with a drink, a cocktail, or a mocktail at our bar, then move along to your dining table where diverse appetizers, main dishes and desserts wait to be enjoyed. We are located in the small Soi (alley) 73 off Phetkasem Road opposite the Market Village shopping center and have parking available.

Many people ask us where the name "This and This" comes from. Well, it is an English and Thai language compatible form for "Disentis", which is Bernard's home town in Switzerland. We always felt that this is a nice name, and when we prepared our restaurant to open it naturally fell in place with the open, bright and welcoming ambiance of "This and This". Come and meet Thinna and Bernard, we are looking forward to welcoming you here!
